New Toy

We had some Best Buy gift cards, so we went and got a new camera.

It has WiFi to your tablet or smart phone.

The sun coming up this morning with the new camera. I had to get up early for that.

We did the line dance lessons and it almost killed me. And I have forgot all of it already.

We had lunch here. The menu was in Spanish. We had a hard time reading it so it was point and order.

 Late blog today we went out to have breakfast and shopping after.



Lions Blew It

The Lions Blew another one.

After that bad game we went down to the Hot Tub to drown our sorrows.

Last night I had a nightmare that I was back to work and Bob Radosa and I had to go on the road. They said do not forget your tools. Then, thank God I woke up all sweaty. 

The weather is a little cool and windy. Everyone says it is unusual for this time of year.

Having Fun

Friday we just hung out and worked on the RV, fixing things. We had Dennis' RV repair come and fix our stove top. He had the parts to fix it. I added an electronic door handle so we do not need a key to get in.

Dinner at the American Legion fish fry. The place was packed.

 

Today we went to Mexico with neighbors, Dan, Terry, Jeff and Diane. We had a blast. We had lunch at a pizza place, it was good.

Cold Rainy Day

We made a trip to the Bass Pro Shop so I could get a new pair of hiking boots. Then we got back to our rolling home and hung out here. I made jambalaya with ham, chicken and Larry's smoked sausage.

 There are these little historical markers on the road side. We stopped and checked this one out.

 



Big Snake!

Yesterday we visited the Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge. Within the first 200 feet we saw this BIG SNAKE!

Its a Blue Indigo Snake. It' the largest nonvenomous snake in Texas. 6 to 8 feet long. 

We saw a lot of birds and ducks.

I put on my old hiking boots, I have had them for years. Within the first 20 feet the soles of my boots came off. I guess they are a little too old to wear. I still walked the trail, with my boots falling apart all the way.

Golf Day

I played golf with our Neighbor Dan. Played like crap I should quit the stupid game.

Football Sunday

We just hung out here at our rolling home and watched football al day.

Peggy cooked a pot roast in the convection oven. It was very good.

Bug Crazy

We still have Lady Bug problems. It drives us nuts when we go to watch a Red Wings game and a Lady Bug lands on the screen. It looks like another puck. So we do play by play on the Lady Bug.

It was a beautiful day. We opened the back and had breakfast with it open. 

 



Butt Kickin

Yesterday we played a shuffle board game called Nickels. The second game Peggy drew me to play against. She kicked my butt 68 to 39. So I had to give her my nickel.

On our morning walk I got some more flower pictures to share with you unfortunate people in the great white north.

 

 



Today it's going to be 78 and sunny.

Construction Day

Today was construction day at Rick and Connie's.

They rolled in their park model. We sat over there and watched, drinking our morning coffee.

I recorded it on video.
