Katie is doing better. She had to have surgery on her bug bite and two rounds of antibiotics to stop the bad infection.
She never did tell us what got her. She hates the vet's office.
The weather has been the Best ever, it's still in the mid 70's in December, the average is 67.

I won at Loudmouth Bingo again, $112 big ones! That day our table won 3 in a row, two $112 pots and one $224 game. It's just a ton of fun!

Of course we had a good time at A&R Grill with a bunch of friends. I think we must go there once a week, The food is just too good. I love the mushroom burger, it's THE best I've ever had! Just had one yesterday.

I really don't like to put pictures of food in the blog, but, this is the best fish you can get! They don't stay on the plate too long. Our friends Bill and Marsha brought us some Lake Perch from Michigan. You cannot get Perch out in the west.
Peggy found a good store for pest control, "The Bug Depot" here in town. This guy knows how to get rid of bugs! We were at the store the other day and I asked why he doesn't sell Owls, he said, "they don't work," as you can see. "If you put up an Owl, you don't know what you're doing," he said. A waste of money and time.

Heidi sent us this picture of their BGE and I asked what that was. It's a Brining and prep container for meats with a cutting board, all built in one. She sent me one for Christmas! I love it and can't wait to try it.
