St Patrick's Day Party

We hosted our annual St. Patrick's Day Party again and it was a really good time. The weather was great.

We had a good crowd.

And yes we got the "Shot Ski" out to kick up the fun. Brad, Edie and Sandi started the fun.

We got a "6er" of 805, one of our favorite Beers here in the southwest. We started at 11:00 am. You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning!
The after party at Gord and Maureen's around their new table. When you start at 11:00 am all the old people are gone by 4:00.
We had 6 guys lift the cement table out of the back of Barney's truck. Gord and Barney got it in Mexico. It was REALLY heavy. It will never be moved again!

On Sunday Peggy and I went to the NASCAR race in Phoenix. The weather was great for race day. It was just a long day going to the track and back home after the race.

The view from our seats at the track.

Last week we had our semi annual USA vs Canada golf tournament. We kicked their butts 5-1-1! I set up the teams and had to bring in some ringers to get enough teams to play. There are more Canadians than Americans in our golf league.
Got my Starlink mount all set up on the back of the motor home. This should work great this summer on our fun travels.

Doug and Michelle stopped by on their way to San Diego. They had a different motor home this time.

New Toy

Still a little cool weather here. We're running about 10 degrees below the average, that should be 75 degrees.  I hope it will snap out of it and be in the 80's soon.

I got a new toy, a small action camera. Kind of like a Go Pro but way cheaper. It works just as well. The Akaso Brave 7 LE. It comes with all kinds of mounting tools.

I can now put Videos in the Blog. The app on my phone has some great editing software for it. So here we go with my first Video.

A little Video of our lot.
Gary came over and helped me change the oil in the RV ( He did all the hard work). He was a diesel mechanic in his former life. It takes almost 5 gallons of oil.
Thanks to Gary for doing a great job. Gary had the right tools to get the oil filter off. It's really hard to get to. You can hardly see it.
After the oil change we had a good Sunday happy hour.
Peggy and I helped Bill pick up a new Kamado Joe. He got a really good deal on it.
He's going to take it home and install it in a table he has made for a Big Green Egg. It should be easy to adjust to fit the Kamado  Joe.
Our passenger seat had some worn panels in it. So I took to Action Upholstery to get it fixed. Dan at Action does the best work. It looks like brand new! We may have to do the driver's seat next year.
Installed back in the Motor Home. We have to take good care of our Rolling Home.
We sent Heidi some of our stickers and she took them on a cross country snowmobile trip in the UP.  This is the highest point in Michigan in the UP. Thanks Heidi and Matt! We leave them in places in our travels too. So if you find one, take a selfie of you and the sticker.
Matt just sent me this picture. Now that is going BIG! Just getting ready for grilling season.
