Stops #14 and 15

Stop #14. We stopped in Buffalo, Wyoming days for 6 days at Deer Park RV. It was a real nice park with large pull thru sites. The town was real nice too.
This was our site at Deer Park.
We had a flock of turkeys come in the park one afternoon and we also saw some deer in the park.
A little Rainbow action one day.
We had lunch at the Occidental Hotel in downtown Buffalo one day, The food was good. The barmaid told us she moved to Buffalo from Key West! I think she was crazy to do that.

Stop #15. We're at Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort in Spearfish, South Dakota. This is one of the nicest parks we've stayed this year.
We have a huge pull thru site with room for all our toys.
Patty and Joe pulled in the day after we got here. Last time we saw them was at Oktoberfest two years ago. So we've been cooking out on the BGE.
Patty made Ribs one day. The next day I made a Brisket. I think that was the best Brisket I've ever made on the BGE.
So we've been doing some site seeing. Here we are at the Boars Nest. This Bar has a little stream running right next to it.
Very scenic.
We did one of my favorite trips to Needles HWY. This is one of the coolest drives you can do.
The eye of the needle.
Patty, Joe and Hannigan.
This is a picture of Peggy and I way back the first time we rode Needles HWY. Maybe in 2005 on the Big Dog.
There was a rescue going on up the road so this ambulance had to squeeze thru the tunnel.
Taking a pit stop at Miners Brewery in Hill City. I had the Mango Cream Ale. It was real good.
George's profile on Mount Rushmore.
We road the Iron Mountain Road. This is also a nice drive.
You go over 2 Pig Tail bridges.
