I whipped up a batch of Jerky on the BGE. The store did not have Flank Steak so I had to use a Flat Iron Steak. It turned out to be the best Jerky I have ever made.

The weather is a little cool yesterday. It should warm up some more today.
The plan today is to go to a Cajun music jam session. Looking forward to that it should be a good time.
