Old People Just Having Fun

This is kind of crazy. Old people floating down the mighty Colorado River on a hot day. We had about 35 people.
Everyone getting in the river at a park in Yuma.
The water was refreshing on a hot day.
People just had fun riding any kind of floats.
Some had water guns. I need to get one for the next trip.
Heather
Lois.
It was about an hour float down the river. It was moving pretty fast, but it wasn't very deep. If we keep going down the river we could end up in Mexico....I think.
We had a really big group of crazy people from the park.
Peggy and I went to Phoenix to see the Red Wings play the Arizona Coyotes at the Gila River Arena. We stayed at the same hotel that the Red Wings were at but we didn't see any there. It was a short walk to the arena. The area is called Westgate, it had a lot of bars and restaurants. We had to go to the Irish Pub called McFadden's to drink some green beer before the game.

Here we are at the game. I think there were more Red Wing fans than Coyote Fans at the game. You could hear the chant "Let's Go Red Wings" pretty loud.
Pregame warn ups. See all the Red Wing Fans.

We had really good seat right behind the Red Wings bench. Oh and they did win the game in a shootout 5 to 4.
This was at the Yard House. That is the most taps I have ever seen. That is just one side.
We had our Leprechaun out on our site.
We got the truck and our rolling home washed and ready to roll. We'll be leaving here soon and heading off to this years great adventures. We're going to start at Betty's RV Park and go to the Crawfish Festival in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. It's about 1400 miles from here so it will take a mouth to get there. We don't like to drive more then 250 to 300 miles in a day. We're not in a big hurry to get there.
A little BGE action. Bacon wrapped Sea Scallops and a cold one.
