We are still in Port of Newport RV Park. We met some new friends here in the park. Dennis and Linda, who are parked right next to us.
They are good "Bar people". The inverter has burned up on their motor home so they have to run 15 amp power cords thru their windows to power up things like their TV and other important things. I thought after a couple of beers we could rip that bad one out and have a new one shipped here and have it fixed in a day or two. Dennis is going to take it to a dealer to get it fixed, but not until next week. There's always something to fix on these RV's.
Like Jim, who has a bad tire to fix before he can go home. Those dam fire pits can just jump out and get you sometimes.
Dennis and I went down to the dock and got some fresh Albacore Tuna right of the boat. The fish were swimming the day before; that is how fresh it is.
We watched him clean the 15 ponder we split.

Wrapped in Bacon and grilled on the BGE. OMG that was good.
It's Halibut season here so the boat launch was real busy. Here are two 50 pounders hanging up.
The season is a little weird. It's only open for 6 weekends and can close at anytime on that weekend and is never open on Sunday.
Here's the Oregon DNA checking some of the boats as they came in. See the fish measuring stick.
We had a beautiful sunset on the 4th of July.
We went to a bicycle shop and you could get a Beer while you picked out a new bike. Craft beer is very popular here.
