The Big Bang

We have moved to Anderson Camp RV Park, in Twin Falls, ID. But on the way, we had a bad thing happen. After going through a construction zone, we had a blow out on the RV and it ripped the tire all apart.
Peggy was driving and all of a sudden we heard a big BANG and about 5 seconds later the tire monitor started to beep. By the time we pulled over, the tire had ripped up the side of the RV.
Peggy got on the phone and called our towing service and they sent out a guy to change the tire.
Here I am sitting and waiting for the tow service. They had us back on the road in 33 minutes.
The next day I went in to Twin Falls and got 5 new tires. We upgraded from the cheap tires that come on the RV, to G rated tires. The tire store wanted $500 to come out and change them. So I did it myself. It took three trips to get all of them changed, but the shop was good enough to loan me a jack. Now I know why the tire store has a bunch of young guys working there. That was hard work.
Adapt, Improvise and Overcome. That comes from our friend, Craig, who has had his share of RV bad luck this season.

Now things are back to normal. We went to Shoshone Falls in the Snake River Canyon.
Here is a small falls right next to the road on the way down to the canyon.

A little side falls.
The Snake River Canyon is where Evil Knievel tried to jump the canyon in 1974 but failed when his parachute opened prematurely.
This guy was not having a good day. We see a lot of hay haulers. They usually catch on fire when the driver flicks his cigarette out the window.
